4. Prohibited Behavior
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, including but not limited to:
- Homophobia
- Transphobia
- Zoophilia
- Any other discriminatory or harassing behaviors
Any violations of this policy will result in immediate termination of services and may lead to legal action.
5. Compliance with Third-Party Terms
As part of using our services, you are required to comply with the following third-party terms:
- PayPal Terms of Service: All payments made for services will adhere to PayPal’s Terms of Service, which can be found on PayPal’s official website.
- Discord Terms of Service: For communication via Discord, you agree to follow Discord's Terms of Service, accessible on Discord’s website.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide all necessary resources, information, and support to ensure the successful completion of the services. Failure to provide the requested items may delay or impede project completion.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to the Client, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to the updated terms.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be addressed through direct communication between the Client and Provider. If a resolution cannot be reached, legal action may be taken in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
